It's the perfect little snack when you need something healthy, filling but not to heavy. It got me thinking... how can I recreate this at home? I wanted a snack that was low in fat and calories too. This is what I created::
Ok, not as pretty. Here is what's in it:: Pistachio Pudding (make with Unsweetened Almond Milk), Plain Fat Free Chobani Yogurt, Banana & Plain Granola. It's 303 calories & 2 grams of Fat. If you want to slim this down leave out the Granola. It keeps me full and from eating other random snacks while watching TV at night. Hopefully my photography skills will improve and I'll show you some pics of the other combinations that I create.
