Hello! I love to share things that I love on my personal Pinetrest, Twitter and Instagram account. I started getting friends of friends following me. So I looked into blogging and started following a few sites. I noticed most of them had one thing missing.... They didn't speak to me as a young professional working 40+ hours a week, shopaholic on a budget, newly wed, first time homeowner & habitual dieter. Many of the DIY projects & recipies took more time & creativity then I had available. Plus, a good amount of the fashion & beauty suggestions were out of my budget. Hungry?

My hubby & I love to go to Jamba Juice for a healthy snack.  I usually get carrot and orange juice.  Now, I'm OBSESSED with their Energy Bowls.  Their low in fat, high in antioxidants, and delicious!  My fav is the Mango Peach Bowl.



It's the perfect little snack when you need something healthy, filling but not to heavy.  It got me thinking...  how can I recreate this at home?  I wanted a snack that was low in fat and calories too.  This is what I created::


Ok, not as pretty.  Here is what's in it::  Pistachio Pudding (make with Unsweetened Almond Milk), Plain Fat Free Chobani Yogurt, Banana & Plain Granola. It's 303 calories & 2 grams of Fat.  If you want to slim this down leave out the Granola.  It keeps me full and from eating other random snacks while watching TV at night.  Hopefully my photography skills will improve and I'll show you some pics of the other combinations that I create.
